Believe we had an inexperience sales assistance. She didn't seem to know what was available nor the price of the items without taking several minutes to look them up.

I was in the store this past Friday and the tow ladies working were more than pleasant. I was disappointed how there were only 2 sales associate and 5 guest, I waited for about 30-45 to be helped because they were stuck with customers. They phone was ringing off the hook, and people standing around waiting for help. I’m not sure your policy on if they have to focus on one person or can answer/help more than one at a time. At a mall store on a holiday weekend with a promo going on I would assume more help would be available.

Although I wore the ring out of the store, I was not offered a box or bag. Additionally, I was not made aware that Pandora offers 14k jewelry. I bought a "Shine" ring because I was unaware of 14k. I found out only because I returned to the store with my daughter to make a purchase when I was informed by another store rep.

The lack of customer service provided by the associates. They were not friendly at all. The manager was the only one that greeted me. I understand the store was crowded but even the assistant manager walked right past me without acknowledging me.

There were three employees in the store, but only one employee waiting on customers. I had to wait for longer period of time because there was only one employee waiting on customers.

The wait time and coordination of the sales team was off. Luckily for me, I came in knowing exactly what I wanted.
