i don't like the fact all the beads are no on display. I didn't even know there was a Maryland bead until a sales lady said something to another customer. There was also a couple of tray I wanted to look at and never given the opportunity because another associate had them. Also it takes forever in the store to get stuff done. I was there for about two hours.

Salesperson who helped me was clearly not well trained and her knowledge of the product was minimal at best Manager was on site andavailable to help, but did not do so unless asked which made This was a very slow and painful process. Sales person was not well versed in the charms and had a huge difficulty looking things up or finding the charms Shopper wanted. Customer spent a lot of money during the pre-Black Friday sale and would have highly preferred this transaction move faster and more easily, salesperson was pretty much clueless

My attentions were to purchase the new Reflections bracelet in Silver but the store did not have my size. I had to order it online instead.

The price was too hight and the store doesn’t cover scratches or damages, since I bought a ring, of course it will have scratches.

I assume she was the manager..she was kinda rude..she spoke to two other customers before me after I waited for about 20mins. Once she spoke to me , she told me I was third in line which I wasn't I was the next person to be helped. She claimed she didn't see me but she spoke to the customer standing next too me but then assumed I was with them instead of asking did I need help. The sales associate that assisted me was very pleasant and helpful especially after spending almost $300 in merchandise..she also apologized for the rudeness of the manager which she clearly didn't have too but noticed how she spoke with me..

I wish I could have returned the item. I didn't pay close enough attention to the receipt but I do feel that Pandora should be able accept a return an item regardless of which store it was purchased from. The item which I was able to exchange came from a stand alone Pandora store, it was not purchased from an authorized seller.

Counter was a little congested, Sales team working directly in each other's spaces. while attempting to assist other shoppers . Ruins your selection experience, and one on one with your associate.
