This store is on the small side so when viewing items other customers are right up on you. Not a lot of room for personal space

You had a incorrect price on my item and The original item i wanted was not there .

Sales representatives were just okay, not friendly or very helpful. The selection was limited and once i found something I liked theybsize I needed was oit of stock. I understand it was after a busy holiday season.

Because I was looking for charms and they did'nt have them available..

I was not able to get the charm I wanted for my daughter.

The sales associate was not very helpful; appeared as if I was bothering her. provided no recommendations for purchase. When unable to locate an item, she was in the back for over 10 minutes, did not provide update as to what was going on. upon check out of purchase of items, provided minimum assistance in locating my account and then did not even say thank you. Hopefully it was a bad day for her.

The charm I wanted wasn’t in stock online or in store

I was mostly disappointed that there were no holiday sales for the pandora bracelet

The associate had trouble one of the items I purchased and didn't seem familiar with the layout of the store.
