Heaven, my sales associate, was super awesome. Her friendliness, smile, knowledge of the products, and willingness to make me her priority during my visit deserve recognition. It is not every day that you receive genuine and friendly customer service. I would make Heaven a part of my brand. The store was overcrowded with customers which made me feel very uncomfortable. I did not feel safe because I had to worry about people all around me.

No reason. I just find myself making recommendations to the staff about different ways rings can be worn and they seem very impressed with my ideas. Such as wearing rings on tip of middle finger or the same one(s) on the pinky finger, if it fits.

Lack of stock, most of the ring sizes were out of stock and has been since January when I first visited. I finally had to settle on a different choice because its March and the ring I wanted was still not in stock.

the amount of wait time was too long

Not being a gift for myself, I don’t place a high value on the merchandise. I am not a bracelet wearer. The store was a little busy.
