I know it's during the Holiday season. But to have to get on a waiting list to be seen and that wait basically 20-30 Mins i was kinda taken aback with. Seems like the store would have been extra staffed.

My sales rep (Nyasia B #195074) was phenomenal! She has fresh personality with an open and welcoming approach to me. She also presented other options creatively once we realized that this company didn’t have that which I was looking for. I enjoyed working with her and asked her for a hug once the sale was complete. Please Treat her very well..

I didn't get the first sales associate name who helped me first. She made my first Pandora visit unpleasant. She great at first until I wanted to show her a picture of what charm my aunt brought me. While looking through my phone to show her she just walked away. However another sales associate saved the day her name is Gaelle. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and fun to shop with. She definitely know how to sale. As for the other associate she was was annoyed that Gaelle took over and got the sale. She noticed that I was ready to purchased wanted to help me again. Glad Gaelle got to me before she noticed I was ready to shop otherwise that sales associate would've got my peace of mind. Gaelle should get employee of the month or week because she helped me and another customer out together. That's what I called great sales person.

The vibe of the store manager (Annelies) towards my wife and I. I felt like she’d rather work with or help someone who was not African American. On 12 July, when we initially visited the Annapolis Mall store, she started to help us, but when left us to be helped by another employee (Amira Z), who was wonderful, energetic and extremely helpful for our shopping experience. She connected with us and we’ll actually return only if she’s there. On 31 August, we returned to the same store because 3 of the 7 charms fell off of my wife’s bracelet and just wanted to see if any other customers had the same experiences. Again, vibe from the store manager wasn’t good. We saw her interact with Caucasian customers and provide them with the same sort of experience as we had with Amira, yet for us, it was MUCH different. While she took care of the situation by replacing the 3 charms, when my wife went to shake her hand to thank her for working with us, it was if my wife had something gross on her had hands and with great pause she did shake my wife’s hand, but she is the sole reason why I won’t visit that location.

I'm still unsure I got the correct size bracelet. I got the smallest size, but it is very hard to put on, and with beads they smash into my skin.
