I wanted to get certain items, but they weren’t in stock. It was my first time buying a Pandora item after years of wishing for it, so I was a little disappointed.

The associate had some kind of hand held pad she was using and could not get it to work. She had to re enter my whole order in 3 times on 3 different devices before we finally moved to a register. Took WAY too long because of that and both her and I were just as frustrated. Also, she was looking for a bracelet in my size that the computer said was in stock. She went to the vault, did not find it, then went through all cases below counter only to find out someone had put wrong sizes in wrong bags.

The store is bland and not inviting. Limited product availability- no books to view product. Product tray placed in glass for viewing. Unable to touch charms or assistance in creating new bracelet. Product storage was unacceptable considering price for products. Sales associate did not really address my concerns with expression bracelet.

The associate had no idea what I was talking about when I said I was looking for the limited edition, 20th anniversary strawberry. I am also not happy that I can’t find the lucky four-leaf clover clip charm. I do like pandora very much and I think the charms are getting better, but please keep things in stock! I am a busy working woman that doesn’t like searching. I don’t live in Maryland and was visiting for a work trip. I have tried to get the 2 charms I mentioned online with no luck. I was hoping a Pandora store might solve the problem.

I feel the manager there is not very customer friendly. But the sale associated are very customer friendly.

The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I marked "unsatisfied" was due to the wait time to receive assistance. I understand why you must wait for an associate, but it is a long wait nonetheless!

Not enough merchandise to choose from and you had to wait a long, long time to see the sale tray of jewelry if someone else was looking at it! You should have multiple trays available for customers to look at in the store
