The assistant manager saw on her device that I could get a bracelet for free if you made a purchase of $125. However the device would not allow her to complete the transaction thus I did not receive the additional bracelet.

The store was did not has a limited selection of charms. The associate was not knowledgable of the available merchandise and could only provide 2 trays to choose from. Compared to the level of expertise and selection from other locations I was not satisfied and will not return or recommend this location.

Disappointed that after spending over $400,I was not offered the FREE 20th Anniversary gift box. After looking online to see it was available with a $100+ purchase.

Too slow

Our salesperson was amazing. She tried to drill down to my daughter’s likes to determine what to show her. Although there was nothing cheer or volleyball, her two HS sports, we were able to find other charms that worked well.

Prices were cheaper at another retailer

I went on line before I went to the store and call to see if they had the item that I was looking for and whoever answer the phone said yes and when I got there they didn’t have it.

Needed more associates on floor , were only 2. There was a little wait to be waited on ( more than 10-15 minutes).

Was taking a long time to wait .
