The experience was better once we were inside the store but the customer service person needed to work on being a little more friendly especially with people standing outside in a line. Prior to the pandemic there seemed to be more merchandise to choose from. There were not a lot of options available but we made it work.

Due to the pandemic, waiting to see the sales associate and merchandise was longer than expected. This is also Christmas time so that also impacted my shopping experience.

Because the customer service was dry not offering any suggestion she wasn’t sure of merchandise not a friendly experience.

Limited selection for disney charms. Some were out of stock.

They help me and everything just the associate was not friendly and did not give any suggestions on merchndise. Overall i had a good experience.

I went in the store originally to purchase multiple gifts but the majority of items I was looking for were not in the store

Alba my associate was absolutely a delight. She was very helpful and knowledgeable with everything. She treated me with value and I appreciate people like that. She was absolutely wonderful
