As we were checking out the computers went down. We were told that it should be resolved in two hours. It was not. We live 30+ miles from this store and needed to go home. We got a call at 6;00 pm that the problem was resolved which was 6 hours later. We could not get back to the store for two days but our merchandise was saved for us. I was disappointed to not have my merchandise on the day I went to purchase it.

Waited about 25 to 30 minutes in line. After we were in the store, they allowed the other people in line to come in and look around. Just wish we were given the same opportunity, especially since this was my first purchase and wasn’t sure about all the products. My sales associate Aldee was great.

I was satisfied with my experience and the lady that took care of me didn’t rushed at all and she was very patient and also wrapped my stuff up beautifully.

I rec’d a bracelet as a gift. It was too small. I called prior to coming and was told you had my size. I came in and was told you did not have it. I was told to call customer service to see if they could help me . Your sales person refused to call. As I proceeded to call while in store, she found the bracelet. I wanted to exchange some of the charmes. She made it extremely difficult. She provided nothing for me to see. I was not allowed to see a book or charms. She asked what I was interested in. Thank god she had to take a call. A rep, Gelin, took over. She was friendly and helpful. The first rep, whose name I didn’t get (but I believe she is pregnant) was not nice to me at all. She made me feel unwelcome. How could she expect me to pick a charm when I had nothing to see. I saw a plastic covered book with charms and attempted to look at it. She quickly took it and told me that I was not allowed to touch it due to COVID . She could have turned the pages for me. Gelin saved my confidence in Pandora. She was a breath of fresh air. She went over and beyond to help me. I still will never patronize this store. I am an African American woman who fell discomfort.

Due to the covid the sale person has to wait on a customer at a time. Overall the salesperson was pleasant and helpful.
