My husband wanted to purchase the lock and key gift set. It was only available in a small size. My wrist was too large.

I waited a very long time to be helped. I asked to have two of my bracelets cleaned, one of which was rose gold. The oxidation was TERRIBLE and I had only worn it a couple times. The associate said she did what she could and I would have to keep cleaning it myself. I’m dissatisfied st the fact that the rise gold items turn FASTER but cost so much more. And it’s just plated. That’s a huge rip off.

The first sales assistant that I spoke was unfamiliar with the merchandise and not seem to be very interested in helping me. She then turned me over to an associate that was great!

The store was short staffed at the time.

Because the staff that waited on me was not very friendly and was not patient with me.

While checking out my email didn't pull up my account so if I wanted to make an exchange or a problem with any other purchases I wouldn't be able to do anything. My account has none of my past purchases and I've spent thousands of dollars in this store.

I was able to go directly into the store. No long line waits. An associate was able to work with me right away. The associate was friendly and very helpful.

Well the sales associates were slow in greeting me and some of them were not helping anyone else however I felt like they had to finish their conversation before greeting me.

It was ok . I wish there were more affordable options and more friendly energy from associate

No bags at check out the rep didn't know the jewelry selection and had to ask for assistance often.
