Was looking for a June birthstone ring. I did not like the stone. It was not pearl or a light purple. The stone color was ugly. I was going to buy two June birthstone rings, but did not due to the disappointing color.

The prices are a little higher than I expected

I was completely satisfied with the sales associate Rosemary. I told her about a previous visit & her manager was not very pleasant. And I told her that it was a year since I had been in the store but almost didn’t come back. She apologized for her manager.

There was only 1 item left in stock of which i was looking for. I didn't have much of a selection. It took several minutes for someone to even acknowledge me and offer assistance.

No special reason, I was just satisfied with my experience.

Overall, I am satisfied with Pandora products. However, I was disappointed at the limited number of bracelets that are smooth. While I like the beauty of the bracelets, the snake chain type of bracelet pulls on the hairs on my arm, so it’s nice to have different alternatives. The selection is limited.
