The sales associate greeted us immediately as we entered the store. We were looking for a specific type of Pandora charm for our daughter's birthday. The associate located a good selection of charms that suited our needs, and helped us pick the perfect one for our daughter. Shopping was a very enjoyable experience.

I did not receive packaging for my charms. Just in case I would like to make a return I’m not sure if this will be a problem.

My sales rep was friendly, knowledgable and professional. The only thing I would recommend is a better way for your associates to look up pricing. It is a very slow process and inconveniencing. If you don't want to list the price on the rings, at least just put a scanning code on the item. Having to look through a book for EACH and every item is enough for me not to want to come back and shop.

The Annapolis store tends to have more charms available. My sales assistant offered good advice. My only complaint would be (and this is NOT directed towards the person who helped me), but I came into the store earlier and left because there were a lot of people and the store associates were not aware of who came in first or last. They should have asked people to form a line.

I have been a Pandora customer for quite some years, and for the first time the selection of charms was very minimal. I usually have a hard time deciding which charms to purchase as there is such a great selection but not in this case. I understand you are having a sale but you have this sale every year so why is yhe selection so poor. Hopefully you do better on the next visit because I'm questioning purchasing another bracelet from you all.

I was making a return and the sales person brought my attention to a 50% off case. I asked to see particular charms and immediately diverted my attention from the sale items. That annoyed me. Then when I picked one out she told me I should just get another charm instead of getting a refund for the difference. Again annoying and pressuring.
