My salesperson, Courtney, at the Annapolis Mall was very kind and pleasant. She found the items I purchased quickly. Courtney made a great recommendation of how to arrange my charms on the bracelet to make it the my story. I love this store. I go to the Annapolis for all my charms purchases.

I was impressed with the time and patience the representative took to help me make my selections. I had received the Pandora bracelet for a birthday gift and wanted to add charms to the bracelet. She explained the necessity of having clips and spacers on the bracelet. Help me with the selecting and styling of the charms. Explained how to take care of the bracelet and routine cleaning. Very detail in providing the ins and outs of the Pandora bracelet. The representative name was Vera D. I will defitnely return to this store for future purchases.

After loosing my bracelet, I was sooooo sad and upset, so I went online and searched for another. I located the bracelet that I saw on the internet right away. The bracelet was just a adorable in person. It's beautiful, (Costly) but very nice.

I went to exchange some items I purchased that had broken. The associate quickly identified the items and exchanged them with no problem.

Vera was very helpful in assisting me pick out the perfect charms for my bracelet and also made great suggestions.
