The salesgirl Lauren was very courteous and kind and helpful. She had good suggestions and always let me make up my own mind. She spent a lot of time with me to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. It was really a pleasure shopping there.

The salesperson, Dana, was very friendly from the time I entered the store. She greeted me warmly right away, and was attentive to my needs. She understood what I was looking for, and gave excellent suggestions, of which I went with her first. She gave wonderful customer service, which is something I am very big on.

I was greeted with a friendly smile and I only waited for a sales associate 1 minute. She was very polite. She knew the product. And, was very professional. Great customer service overall.

The survey seems strange, I did an exchange so I don't plan to return in 90 days. I do have one concern for as long as I've had Pandora, this was the first time a salesperson explained to me that the rose gold may not be permanent or changes color. This worried me as the the rose gold is more expensive. I wouldn't expect problems with color changing or wearing off from Pandora - I may expect that from other jewelry vendors but not Pandora. It will definitely impact future sales for as much as I love my Pandora charm bracelets, it may not be worth spending a couple hundred dollars on items that aren't likely to remain the same.

The sales associate Courtney was very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable of the merchandise. Courtney was also very apologetic for the slowness of the computer during my credit app process, which seemed to have taken a very long time. The entire experience seamless I wish for sales reps such as Courtney.

I had received a couple of rose gold charms for my 14K bracelet that color was tarnished and after speaking with the manager she was very pleasant with giving me a options on what she could do for me so far as replacing the charms or taking the dollar value that was paid for the charms and applying that to the purchase of a new charm. She did not debate with me, she just wanted to make me happy with my purchase and I truly appreciated how she handled my situation. Of course I ended up spending more money than what I planned but I left the store satisfied.
