Pandora Jewelry

My daughter asked for a Pandora bracelet with charms for her upcoming birthday. the total for the charms that we were given was $661.00 but when we went to pick everything up they "apparently" miscalculated the total by almost $50.00 and we were short on money therefore unable to get all the charms that my daughter asked me. When I asked questions about on line ordering the ladies didn't know the answers to include two of the lead associates. I had to drive back to the store to place my on line order to avoid shipping because the lead associate wasn't aware if there were any shipping charges if ordering on line. The prices are ridiculously high and you don't even give a complimentary cleaning cloth, even with a $600.00+ purchase? That is ridiculous. When asking both ladies questions, one would give me one response then the other would give me a different response.

No acknowledge from associate. I was having a exchange of size and looking for more rings. Natalie didn't make any effort for fine sometimes, she just show me the tray. I'm interested to get a gold ring but she said that cost 375$, assuming I couldn't buy it. I feel judged. If you don't have expensive jewelry or dress well, they treat you like you can't afford. They behave indifferent with clients.
