From now on I will do my shopping online. The associate I had “helping” me yesterday was beyond rude. She had zero interest in helping me. She was more concerned about her side conversations. When I asked her for different charms she continued to sigh and roll her eyes like I was asking too much out of her. Never have I been treated like that at that location. I won’t be going back to the store.

Took two hours to get in the store, the associate told me they didn't have the bracelet in the store to do an exchange only to have the manger come out and say they did. This was after already being in there for a long time.

I bought my mother a diamond bracelet for mother's day. I felt like she rushed me throughout the process. They had boxes that were already wrapped in pink for mother's day. I asked her if I could have one she said no and than went on to say that they don't wrap boxes either. Normally when i go to pandora i have good experience but this time was not. I understand it was mothers day weekend but dang, the service could of been better.

I couldn’t take out two charms and they told me they only way is to cut my bracelet. My bracelet was NOT replace, That the only way is I had to purchase another one. Why?..Come to find out,it was the charms that was the problem. My bracelet was cut for no reason and that’s NOT ok. The only way for me to get another bracelet was to purchase one. WHAT? I am very upset and won’t recommend no one to pandora, I’ve never put reviews but I will on this

I went to buy a charm. I knew exactly what I wanted. The sales associate came out asked me what I wanted. She acted as if I was bothering her. She rang me up didn’t ask if I would like a bag. And just handed me my charm instead on asking can she put it on my bracelet. Then she snatched my card out of the card reader and just sat it on my wallet as if she wanted me to hurry up and leave the store. Which is completely rude because when I was in customer service I was taught to give the person their money or card back in their hand. Due to Covid She could’ve left it in the reader and air could’ve pulled it out myself. I thought she was having a bad day so I let it go. I came back 20 mins later to purchase another charm and I seen the same associate putting the charm on another persons bracelet. So one can only assume it was my outer appearance which is why I receive the service I did. You can never judge a book by its cover because I am a teacher and I own a trucking company. I can purchase anything in Pandora.
