The mall location is small especially when there are other people in the store and it is difficult to maneuver around a small location.

The sales associate was pretty rude and not friendly, she was rolling eyes when I asked for more charms to look at or to try more than 2 bracelets.

When the sales associate called the manager they are supposed to by verifying everything. However, I clearly heard the associate saying that the number in the ring was a 50 and my receipt was for a 54. That is when the manager continued to rescan my receipt without explaining to me what has happened. She continued to process my return telling me sign where needed and then tells the other associate she is going to make a copy of the receipt. My complaint is this, the way that I was treated although nothing was verbally said but the assumption that I did something wrong is unacceptable. When asked how can this be prevented in the future if I have to return something, nothing was said. All they offered was that a sales associate scanned the wrong code. But my question to you is how are we the customers to know that? Unfortunately this is the closet pandora to me and I have bought several items from there. So I will possibly go back but I know I will have to truly consider if I am to purchase knowing that the return policy was horrible. I knew I could exchange it for something but again how do I know I can return/exchange something if I will be treated like that again.

Sales associate knew I was trying to exchange bracelet for larger size then she asked to see how the one that was gifted to me fit right she insisted that's how it is suppose to be. She was not friendly and never gave eye contact or was personable at all. She seemed aggravated and no care when I asked to see rings I wanted to make a purchase besides the exchange she was not a customer friendly associate I just wanted to leave.
