la vendedora no sabia los precios de la pulsera que yo estaba busando y me custiono que no tenian ninguna plulsera de 40 dolares y claro que si tienen al final esa fue la que compre. ella le pregunto a otra empleada y pudieron encontar de que pulsera yo hablaba.

I was highly satisfied with everything on the store. Sometimes the merchandise moves around to fast trough out the store i do not understand the arrangement of the store sometimes

I was looking for a specific ring that I saw in a commercial, but this store didn’t have it. Then I ask for something else, but they didn’t have it on my size either.

I think it was a lot to look through the charms. Although it was easy to see the charms and the associate was very helpful to show us as many charms but I think that all the sale charms should be on the same platform so you can look at all of them at once. Especially if you already know that you will be only purchasing from the sale items first that should be the 1st option. ALso I did not like that we were not introduced to other items, ie: earrings, etc in addition to purchasing charms. Although we did not have intentions when we 1st came in to purchase earrings, after I purchased the charms. I just happened to look at earrings and was slightly interested and would have bought it if I still got the discount like the charms since I bought more than 4 items. Associates should try upselling to all items in store, you may get more sales that way.

I miss my small-business store in Salado. I have been to this store three times and will return. I enjoy the associates and their time.

The santa sleigh was not available in the store. The sale personnel told me it was, but after minutes looking for it it was not available. It seems they have no idea of what’s in stock.
