For a store being in a Military town don’t honor Military Discounts

My daughter took me there to buy a birthday present, they didn't have it in my size or offer to order it in my size and have a very small selection of size 10. So we settled for a different ring not what my daughter wanted to buy me

The sales associate who greeted me didn't seem interested to help me. However, other sales associates who helped me after her were helpful. Also, one of the store managers, Robin (who was on vacation when I visited the store this day but I've received help from her in the past) is very knowledgable, friendly and professional - I've been to multiple Pandora stores both within the US as well as overseas and she is my absolute favorite person. She was patient with numerous questions I've had for her and gave great advice on how to maintain my bracelets, charms and clips and she cleaned my bracelet even though I didn't make a purchase that day, which I have never experienced in other Pandora stores.

The store was a little bit clutter. Not enough associates to attend customers. But buying was ok

The experience was just ok. I have better experiences in dealing with Pandora in The United Arab Emirates then at the store in Killeen, Texas. For starters it's sad that the sales person isn't allowed to place the tray of bracelets and or charms on top of the counter for fear that someone may run in and steal tge tray of bracelets. This was what I was told and I laughed so hard when she this. I am so sure that no one is going to run in and steal a tray of charms while I am with the sales person looking to purchase a gift. This is why I was not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience at the Killen Mall in Texas.
