I was not highly satisfied because a couple of thedispleyed jewelry was no longer available at the displayed price because I was told it was a holiday price but it was still being displayed .

Short staff not enough employees. When asked a question to one of the managers with brunette hair color she had a nasty attitude and was not greeted upon entering the store.

I would had liked to view more of the charms but unless I'm able to say exactly what I'm looking for it's not possible. Sometimes I just want to see what's available. I don't always have a specific charm or bracelet in mind. Looking through a book isn't the same as looking through the merchandise at hand.

Some of the sales associate are not that accomodating. I used to work as a sales associate too and we make sure we give our customers the best treatment they could get.

The size really tiny for the price the writing was so tiny it was hard to make out had to read under magnifying glass for my mother who the gift was for. The quality was nice but not the for the price.

The sales associate acted as if she did not want to assist me. The ring I purchased was for my daughters Sweet 16, and limited stock was available. I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase.

When I entered the store both associates were talking to what appeared to be a co-worker that was not working. I was the only client in the store and they finished talking to co-worker and then asked me if they could help me. I also asked for my bracelet to be cleaned and it took less than 5 minutes and the associate returned the bracelet wet. I have had it cleaned before at the same store and it took approximately 15 minutes and looked beautiful. The bracelet did not look cleaned, but I did not comment at that time.
