Store was very clean. The staff were very helpful and nice. My product received was beautiful!

I had a very nice experience.

The sales person was new and could not fully answer my questions but that was okay. The manager she was asking seemed unavailable and somewhat rude.

I have never had a problem whatsoever in this store always friendly and nice conversation I have with the staff.

There were zero promotional offers available, even after spending over $200.

Because I did not receive the 10 percent off my purchase for signing up as promised

It was bg I have to wait a little bit there is one 1 associate too help that’s why

It just the staff is not friendly there. And they are not helpful at all!! I only go because its the only one in my area other than that i would go to another store to help and spend my money!

The clerks were very snobby, I asked to see a necklace on me and she would not let me try it on instead put it around her rather large neck. I already knew I wanted it regardless but they were not very friendly... I’ll shop for charms online, very little rose gold in store...
