I have always wanted a Pandora charm bracelet. So when I received a Pandora starter for Christmas I was pleasantly surprised, grateful and excited to start my Pandora journey.

Ashely I believe her name was amazing and she was the best customer service representative I’ve had help me in this store. She had no problem putting on and taking off charms to see if I liked it. Absolutely amazing

The employee there was very helpful, she identified sales and explained how the sales worked. She also listened to what I was looking for and offered me the options.

The staff was very friendly. I was looking for a charm that had been suggested to me on a previous visit. The associate was able to find it quickly for me. She was able to suggest a few more choices for me as well, and help fill in my bracelet.
