The sales lady’s are always happy and they are very helpful

The ladies where nice I made several purchases and each time they had to take my bracelet apart.One time it was put together backwards and the other lady realized it me and my husband was almost out the door and she said no no come back I can’t let you take your bracelet home like that . She said it would bother me all night that it was put back together backwards and took it apart again and put everything back on.We then out it on to make sure it was rite.

The sales associate didn’t have the prices for the new Lion King collection so she had to locate them which took some time. But once she found them and told me the prices I was able to complete my purchase. They had very limited quantities (1 or 2 of each charm), so I’m glad I made it to the store on time before they sold out of everything. But she did clean my bracelet in a timely manner which I also appreciate.

Joan, the store manager in Killeen was Excellent! We joked that she was our new best friend. Loved her and the store and will definitely be back to work on our new collection.

For my first experience the associates were helpful without being pushy. The selection was amazing and so easy!

Very nice sales associate

I go to this Pandora store all the time. The associates are always friendly and courteous. Someone always greets me and assist me right away. The store is always clean and bright. The service is always tremendous! They have helped me find numerous gifts for my friends, family and myself. Love these ladies!
