Although this was my first Pandora bracelet, it was very easy to decide what I wanted because of the beautiful displays that were set up. The store was very clean, quiet atmosphere (very important due to my PTSD), but most of all the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The difficult part was only being able to take one :(

I had a bracelet with a busted clasp. It wouldn’t open. The sales associate was able to cut it off and give me an entirely new bracelet with a different design for no charge. I’m absolutely amazed at how kind the associate was.

I was satisfied with the big variety of options to choose from while shopping for a gift. The sales associate assisted me and I didn’t have to wait for her to show me good customer service. She even explained to me how to take care of the bracelet and offered the cleaning service.
