My salesperson, Joan B, blew me away with her knowledge of the products and worked patiently with me and my mom. Joan took her time showing us merchandise based off of our expressed desires. Joan also took her time explaining the benefits of the credit card and did not pressure me into signing up for the credit card. I would highly recommend Joan to others and hope that she is in the store when I come back to build my bracelet.

Every time I come to this Pandora, I’m always greeted with respect. The lady that assisted me was very nice. She told me to put on hand sanitizer so I could try on the rings. The store was very clean.

The associate who helped me was amazing, she was very personable and knew what she was talking about. She easily helped me find my size in what I wanted. I wish there was more selection of charms on display though.
