Ashley S located in the Killeen Mall was very helpful! I explained that my wife's initial bracelet was unfortunately stolen while we were traveling and how sad my wife was about it. Although my wife told me not to replace the bracelet, I couldn't allow her to go without her bracelet for a long period of time. Ashley S understood my concern and helped me throughout the process! She was able to locate all the purchases I made previously and made replacing my wife's bracelet a breeze!

This time costumer service was great

The worker that helped us was very nice and knew her way around. She suggested a lot of ideas for us, and we were able to pick out a cute bracelet easily. She made our first experience very wonderful!

Killeen Tx was awesome and always has been. I visited the San Marcos, Tx store and had a horrific experience for the second time. Someone need to check on the San Marcos store maybe send the manager from Killeen. Tx there she and her staff are wonderful each time I visit. Love them💗
