Everyone was great- I bought most of the summer collection charms. Love it. I am such a beach girl. The only reason I said I was somewhat likely to come back was because I bought so much and spend close to $600- I can afford to go in for awhile- I will love more and buy more.

There was no mask requirements. There was only one other customer in the store when I arrived. A sales associate greeted me right away and stated that someone would be with me in just a moment...and that happened.

The Associate, Elizabeth, was very customer centric, appropriately engaging, and knowledgeable. She listened well and was able to provide various options to consider.

Katelyn was Super Dope. Knowledgeable, friendly. She made recommendations and even told us about fun things to do in Charlotte. Definitely top notch customer service.

When I went in I went into the Blakeney North Carolina location and honestly every single time I have gone there they have always been so sweet and kind. They treat me with excellence and understand me and my needs . I don’t even visit any other Pandora location because of this one
