I love the selection of earrings and rings. I get compliments on my jewelry.

When I walk in the store the sales associate acknowledged me. She had knowledge about the product. Provided me with a few options. Then gave me time to decide and was able to complete the sale.

I gave three generations where this bracelet and we always find something to talk about when we meet

I call the store ahead of time and Antoinette was very helpful When I went into the store Antoinette continued to be very helpful

Assistance was easy and quick. She was helpful and knowledgeable. The selection was less than what was on the website due to lower inventory, but the shopping experience was great.

When crowded the speed of service is very slow on holidays or special occasions. Pandora needs to also provide coupons for customers it would be helpful.

Customer service was absolutely amazing. She took care of all my needs and cleaned my bracelets tried to get a knot out of necklace and arranged over 30 charms on 3 different bracelets. Will be back soon would like a rose gold bracelet.
