Shelby was absolutely amazing! I came in looking for a Boston charm as I’m from NY they didn’t have the one I was looking for unfortunately. Shelby went above and beyond to find something I would walk out loving! Ceraty even recommended a cute sun and moon charm!

I came in for an engagement ring and shelby showed me the diamonds I didn’t know that they had. She went above and beyond to explain the size cut. I even bought a bigger diamond than what I had In mind. I’m definitely coming back for my now fiancé’s wedding band!

The associate Sam who helped us was incredible! My kids saw the charms that could be custom engraved online and wanted to make me one. Sam was incredible assisting them with using the tablet to create and then engrave their designs while I walked around the store so they could surprise me with their creation.
