Sales associate Luma spent a lot of time with my daughters the day before, showing them lots of things and not pressuring us. I returned the day after to make the purchases reflected on the receipt. Luma was quick, efficient, and very nice. Also she knows a lot about the Pandora items.

Shelby was super helpful when helping my husband and I shop for a gift for my sister in law! She even showed us the engraving charms and how we can make them extra special for my husband’s sister while she was up here visiting.

Luma was the best associate I have ever worked with. I didn’t know what I was going to get my significant other for her birthday since I already have so many things from Pandora, but she walked me through all the options. She helped me pick a ring that my significant other can layer with other pandora rings that she had; something that I never would have thought about if it wasn’t for Luma. I highly recommend Luma and she definitely deserves a raise :)

Shelby was very knowledgeable and she gave us great customer service. We came back to pick up the second ring in the set and she did an exchange for us and it was quick and easy.

The staff was really helpful and thoughtful and did a good job. I am very happy of the charm I bought today in store.
