The charm I wanted was in stock. The sales associate was able to explain the different uses of clips with and without silicone. Associates were all very nice.

This was a great shopping experience. Jennifer was patient and extremely knowledgeable about all of the products. I have 4 bracelets with charms and was coming in to buy a charm and due to Jennifer’s excellent customer service I purchased my first necklace. I can’t stop talking about it. Best birthday present for me yet! Jennifer is great!

T'Quira was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me select the perfect stone for my pendant, as well as the pendant itself and the chain. I was assisted by two women but I don't know the name of the other one.
