Supportive, knowledgeable and respect

Kelly was amazing and was very helpful. She gives great suggestions and is patient as we try to figure out what we want. However, the store manager who first started helping us made us feel like we were wasting her time. She was not friendly. If Kelly wouldn’t have stepped in we would have walked out of there with the one charm I came in for. Instead we purchased 5 over charms with one being the suggestion of Kelly.

The lady was extremely nice and got my returned order exchanged for what I needed. Made the entire experience great and easy. The ladies at West Town Mall in Madison, Wisconsin are awesome! Friendly staff and clean store.

The associate that helped me was friendly, pleasant and efficient. I appreciated her willingness to help me choose items and her attention to detail. She knew i was shopping for 4 separate people and she took the time to label the bottom of the bags and give each person their own gift bag. My only negative part was a woman named Tina who came in and seemed less than friendly she appeared to possibly be a manager.
