I felt like the lady had an attitude and wasn't even willing to assist me because she judged my appearance. Once she seen my wallet in my hand, then she was willing to help me find a charm.

The sales associate was talking to a friend about Facebook pictures and their plans for the weekend. Then she asked me if she could finish inventory before she waited on me.

Associate was not friendly at all and was rushing transaction. I’m a very knowledgeable customer but was treated like a child and condescending manner which has never happened before.

The attitude of the sales associates definitely made the experience not worth it. I felt like I needed to get what I wanted and leave right away. I asked questions and they would answer without any eye contact , laughing and very snotty.

The staff was very unprofessional. I never leave bad reviews and I never imagined having to write one for Pandora. I was not greeted when I entered the door nor offered service. I had to ask for assistance after walking around the store 3 times. One associate was having a personal conversation with a customer after the sale was complete for about 10min and the other one seemed to be avoiding me while being behind the counter. This is my local Pandora and I have never seen them nor had bad service with anyone previously working there.

Bought textured bangle with locket. I was told if rubber stoppers were used, the charms would not move. I questioned this advise as I have the smooth bangle and even with the stoppers, the charms moved. The sales associate said since the bangle was textured, they wouldn't move. That was the whole purpose to the rubber stoppers. Within five minutes ALL, repeat, ALL charms moved. This was not an anomaly, all charms moved! I feel swindled by a smooth talking sales associate looking for a sale. I have A LOT of Pandora and will NEVER shop at this store again. And, am seriously questioning any further purchased.
