The end cap came off my bracelet and it is not replaceable. This is wasteful and poor service. I expected you to stand behind your products. I will be buying a replacement product from a jeweler, not from Pandora.

Emily was pushy and did not listen to what things I liked no matter how many times I would repeat myself. When I was trying to learn how to close the clasp of the bracelet I was purchasing, Emily grabbed it out of my hand and put it on me herself. My niece tried on a ring and Emily said "your knuckes are not the problem, your fingers are fat"

I purchased a blue leather bracelet with a seashell clasp. I was wearing a black leather Pandora bracelet which I removed to use for sizing the blue bracelet. I did briefly try the blue bracelet on, the sales associate told me they were the same size, but she ln I got gluons & tried it on it felt smaller than o wanted. I measured it against my black bracelet & they weren’t the same size as the associate said. Really disappointed as I wanted to wear this bracelet on our vacation.

I was in your store yesterday the 29th and I drove about an 1 and 15 minutes to get there. I am a visual person not much of a web shopper... and they did not honor the coupon that expired on the 28th. I believe in excellence by walking an extra mile for any customer. And I did not receive that. After spending so much money at your locations I would expect that. Very disappointed ☹️

Prior to going to the store I checked the Pandora website and saw that an on-line promotion was no longer available but it was available in stores. The store I went to was out of stock.iI asked if there was a substitution and was told there wasn’t. I was disappointed that Pandora kept an ad up that might be absolute and didn’t have an alternative or, at the very least, a discount offer to replace the lack of merchandise. It left me with a bad taste and I felt as though I was “baited” to come to the store only to get nothing for it. Bad business practice:(

Extremely busy and the system for signing up is not well communicated. I spent 15 minutes in the store before I even knew I had to sign up for help. The lady that waited on me was friendly but most of he staff was clearly overwhelmed, exasperated, and somewhat short with customers. Not a great experience at all.

They were out of every charm I came in for. I think over the holiday shopping season you should have more inventory. When I did choose one it rang up $5.00 more than what the tag said.
