The experience in the store took much longer than I would have liked. The associate did not know how to work the technology and was not much help in the decision process. I ended up being charged for two rings and it was a hassle to fix.

The jewelry’s shine or appearance in the store doesn’t appear to be the same once I see it outside. There seems to be less shine that what I saw in the store. and I’m noticing since few months that I cannot use Pandora jewelry on a daily basis. So I’m disappointed with what I’m investing and it’s not worth what I’m buying

I went to the store on Tuesday, the 1st day of black Friday sales. There were 2 clerks helping 2 customers, a waiting list of 2 names, and a manager helping no one. After 30+ minutes the clerks were still helping the same 2 people, and the manager had retreated to the back room. The clerks helping were being friendly and helping, but should know to speed things up when others are waiting. Manager should have pitched in to help instead of whatever she was doing. I had to walk out before being helped.

I was shopping for a mother's day gift and the selection is very limited when you steer away from hearts. I hope to see more charm designs without the heart. It also seem that your birthstone selection needs some reworking and new styles. Please take those tips into consideration for the future.

The sales associate had heart difficulty with spelling last name even after spelling it for her 5 times. My husband finally entered our name in himself.

The sales associates were far too pushy. She did not listen to what I wanted and kept attempting to sell what she liked.

The workers seemed to give their attention to the person making a larger purchase than I was and I waited a long time to check out when I came in for one particular item that I had decided on already. I found it online to go with another ring I had, so I wanted to see how they looked in person together first. It ended up taking longer to wait for the other person, who came in after I did, and spent more money and got more things, than it took for me to say "I was looking for this exact ring". I also wear a lot of gold and I'm sad how little the options are sometimes.

I waited 20-30 minutes to be assisted. There was a male employee who was trying his best, however a female employee left him with a lot of customers for about 30 minutes for whatever reason. She came back and was really slow. Shame on this pandora store for not scheduling more employees especially during the holidays and leaving these poor employees to deal with angry and impatient costumers.

The Pandora associate was not very welcoming. She also wasn’t able to replace my merchandise. Didn’t offer anything else.

I had to wait for almost an hour in line (I am 7 months pregnant so that was awful for me) and I was trying to buy a few gifts for mother's day and the associate was not friendly and helpful at all. She didn't talk to me about the sales or know about what I was asking for. Not a really good experience at all, even tough I really love Pandora.
