A lot of what I wanted was not in stock, and site to store was not available. Also, being able to see on website if store had a specific item in stock would be helpful, in addition to ship to store. Also, on the app it would be great if could enter a specific search like cat or dog, etc. Store has a small fraction of what you offer.

This was my 3rd visit to the Madison store. The first time I left frustrated, the second time the staff were overworked and the last time there was only one staff trying to wait on customers. She handled herself well but the store needs more help!

Very limited selection in stock versus other Pandora stores I have been to. Positive was that there wasn’t a line and wait.

i ordered the wrong size of the bracelet, totally my fault went to exchange it in Madison WI, West Towne Mall and was served by the rudest person I have ever met! Im still not sure if I will ever make another purchase from you again. Very very disappointed.

The store was generally depleted of Charms. The sales person was far from competent/ knowledgable. Every charm I requested, was apparently out of stock. I was told by a woman behind the cash register that at this time of year, inventory"waits" until the seasonal holidsy time to be replenished with the new and most popular charms. I responded with a "Seriously?" What about all the Birthdays in Sept October. NOVEMBER and December??

I have a charm that broke. The manager looked at it and told me she couldn't do anything about it, instead suggested fixing it with glue. I was under the impression that I would be able to exchange it for something else, but I was not offered such a deal. Now I'm stuck with a sad, broken charm.
