Some merchandises are not avalaible in the store

I returned items and the worker didnt inform me that I could only use my merchandise credit at that store only. I live in Chicago so I tried to use it and thats when the worker told me that I could only use it at the store I got the credit from. I wish she would of told me because now I have to figure out a way to get back to Madison!!!

Sale as advertised on the website was misleading. Only one item of the ones I bought were actually on sale. Website should suggest that the sale only applies to certain items. Also, by the time I get there, almost all of their sale items were gone. I am a frequent visitor to this store, so appreciate that the staff recognize me, and several know me by name. Appreciate that several know my tastes, and what pieces I already have so I don't inadvertently do not buy duplicates.

The sales associate was not very helpful. She showed me when I asked for but with no enthusiasm of care. I would’ve bought more, I was so excited to get my bracelet for Christmas. I wanted to add clips in more beads but she wasn’t very helpful. I could hardly hear her and she didn’t work at Showing me anything. I had to ask for everything I bought,

I exchanged a march signature bead because the color looks identical to the April bead. After exchanging it and taking it home the bead looks exactly like April, it does not have the hint of blue in it like March. I recommend looking into the stone color of March and April because they look almost identical and you cannot tell the difference when there should be a difference between Blue for March and Clear for April. The Forever in my heart charm that I purchased is beautiful and I am very happy with it.

I specifically told the salesperson twice that two of the charms were gifts and that I needed gift receipts. She still forgot to print them and then told me it was too late, there was nothing she could do but give a duplicate receipt for the gifts. I was very irritated by this level of service.

Wish they had more items in stock, several times I have shopped at this store and they are often out of stock on the item I want

The charm I wanted was retired. An email about what charms are being retired would have been appreciated. The sales associate was a little too pushy too.
