Store is always so uncomfortably warm. Checking out seems to take forever. She had to start over at least twice. Frequently they do not have the item I am looking for, so I have to put it on a waiting list & hope they will eventually get the item.

It was great except I feel like the sales associate I was helping felt pressured to keep pressuring me into buying more items. I know that it's good practice to suggest more items, but she looked really uncomfortable and I felt bad for her.

The service and selection of merchandise was good.

The size of rings are too big, small size rings are too few.

The entire staff was helpful with my daughter while I was putting together the bracelets. They all helped the process proceed smoothly and make the packages look beautiful for my recipients. Talia knew right where everything was and what I was talking about when referencing product from the catalog

There's always some issue, like do you have your dr.license?...even though they know me by name. They knew I was in yesterday and wAnted to make a $130 purchase but first I had to take this survey, even though my receipt wasn't on my phone and I couldn't figure out how to bring it up on my phone. Why would they let me leave the store without buying what I came in for?

I believe there is always room for improvement.

The charm I wanted was not available. They said I could be placed on a wait list for when it was available. It made no sense to do so when I can order it immediately from your website? If they had offered to order it, have me pay for it with the other $200 purchase I made and had it shipped directly to me would have been easy. However that was never an option so I had to make a second online purchase
