Your companies computer system was down and no more than $100 could be changed on each transaction. This is a TERRIBLE situation to put your associates in on Black Friday. Shame on your IT department! Almost every transaction that was being rung up was more than $100! Your signs also say 35% off store wide with no asterisk that says some exclusions apply, when if fact that is not the case! There were exclusions. That is false advertising! The associates in the store were wonderful.

Had 4 items that I was llooking to purchase and none of the items were in stock. Selection was very poor.

Low inventory? Did not have a lot of what I was looking for I’m my ring size.

My newer bracelet broke that’s why I came back to return it. The associate was very friendly but the merchandise was labeled wrong so it took her a while to find the right size.

The only disappointment I had was that I was a day too early to shop for one of the new Mother's Day charms. I live an hour and a quarter from the store so it isn't overly convenient to return. But I had done some homework on other charms I was interested in, and my shopping experience was otherwise wonderful.

Was not able to pay with a check. Had started to write it out when they noticed and said I would have to use other means of payment. Never went anywhere where they did not accept a check.

I was looking for a Saturn charm but i wish the charm wasn't so plain and had more of a "space" look to it. Also me and my friend write poetry and I was looking for a charm but nothing for poetry like a pen or something.
