it seems to me that if you dont appear to have money the kind of seem to blow you off until you pay for your items then you become royalty, i dont like how the sales rep seem to judge you before hand that kinds of turn me off about going inside but its the only one located in madison.

I would say there is always room for improvement

One of the rings did not come in my size. The sales associate was wonderful though!

The sales associates stood quite near to us, not 6 feet apart, so that made us a bit uneasy. Also, they did not have an excellent stock of Disney charms, so I only ended up walking out with a bracelet, instead of the bracelet with charms. These were the only two things.

The selection was not great, I have been buying Pandora for my grand daughters for years and I have always had a much better selection. I guess everything happens on line now.

The inventory was very low. In addition, I was looking for rose gold charms. Usually there is a tray of rose gold, but this time we had to go on a treasure hunt as they were scattered throughout the case. The gals were nice though and I found the new infinity charm, which I liked.

We returned a charm that had broken. It was no longer in stock. One may have been available to order, but my granddaughter decided to pick out a different one. that was okay with me. I have given the bracelet and charms to her as gifts over the last few years on memorable ocassions.

Not so much choice of products and the sizes of any chains or bracelets were not available
