Sales woman was helping from a different store. She was lovely

I was not greeted. The sales lady ignored me.

It took awhile for the staff to figure out the prices when I would ask.

I've been trying to find an earring back for one of my earrings I lost the back to just recently. Not the sales associates fault, she was great! I'm just disappointed you don't sell them to buy, and I cant find one that fits the earring anywhere. I've tried calling, emailing and buying them online. I've also tried chatting with a representative on your website 4 times and can never reach a live agent.

I would like the store to carry more merch., meaning more inventory on hand to be able to see & touch. Also would like to see more design options, specifically, I have been looking for casual earrings for several years & feel the Timeless or Signature Collection could be expanded; I currently have three pair. I am also in search of rings to compliment what I have bought In the past but i haven’t seen enough new options to please me in the last couple years - charms are beautiful & plentiful.

Upon entering the store my husband and I were only acknowledged by my sales associate. There were at least 3 people just standing around talking and when we walked in just looked at us and kept talking. The young lady who did greet us and helped with our purchase was the only friendly person there. When asked if there were any gift boxes one of the other ladies who was just talking said rudely there were not anymore. We ended up just going to buy a box to put it in.

I spend so much money in Pandora and have never ever received any type of discount for spending a lot of money because Pandora is not cheap at all

Quality is bad jewelry tarnished in less than 5months for the price paid and the prices of the jewelry it tarnishing too quickly Will never buy pandora products every again

because the person didn’t describe what type of metal it was and didn’t really sale out the ring
