Great friendly service

Sadly I needed to return a rose gold ring because it lost a stone. This is the secret no time that one of my Pandora rings has lost a stone. The manager who helped me was very helpful, efficient and kind.

It was very busy--Black Friday. I was helped within 1-2 minutes. ENasha was new. She was very friendly, made sure everything was correct and asked if she needed help. She was extremely easy to work with.

At the Madison, Wisconsin location in West Towne Mall, the manager and sales associate that helped me were amazing. I had a gift from pandora online that was missing a gem and I received immediate help and replacement of my item.

The sale associate was very nice and welcoming. The prices were good for what I was getting. I gained much knowledge from the associate that was assisting me.
