I am very satisfied with the quality of merchandise offered at Pandora. That being said more promotions offers should be offered. The price is a bit high. Especially for the just getting started on their charm collections

The staff was amazing. I had my 2 little girls with me and the associates included them in the purchase. Very fun to shop there especially with the girls and at Christmas time as well.

Talia was very friendly. I told her I was looking for a charm for my boss's bracelet and she right away showed me a "Lady boss" charm. It wasn't quite what I was looking for but showed she was listening to me and knew the selection that she had to offer. She also showed me only things in the price range I requested. I am satisfied with the clip I ended up purchasing.

Normally I associate this store with outrageous pricing. My daughter wanted something from here for Christmas. I was delighted I didn't have to take out a second mortgage on my house to get her a gift.
