The saleswoman was very helpful and friendly. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to get and she was great at providing options after asking what type of charms I liked. She was also great at reminding me that i could bring my bracelet in for free cleaning which is one of the things I appreciate and has me coming back.

The look in her eyes when she put it on made the price of it so worth it

My associate Talia was eager to help. She quickly found the charms I described. Further she demonstrated a flexible bracelet to me including the options for end caps. Thorough but never pushy. I felt relaxed beginning to end. And she wrapped my purchase for me.

The Experience was amazing

I actually called the West Towne Madison location prior to my visit to see if the bracelet and charms I wanted were available. I was told the 30 years charm wasn't but the associate suggested other non-Pandora stores I could get it from. I found the charm then went to Pandora today. When I went in and explained what I wanted, the associated said, I talked to you on the phone and told the associate exactly what I wanted. I didn't have to do any work. It was such a personal experience. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. I was impressed!

Prompt customer service. I called before coming to the store due to inclement weather and they looked for an expired item and then told me they would call me back in 5 minutes after looking in a couple other places. I got a phone call 5 minutes later and they had the item and put it on hold for me. I picked it up latter in the day and the service, smiles and attitude was great. Item was higher priced than I would have liked, but I think the fact that the NFL had to get their cut had something to do with that.

First the quality and especially the creativity of the pieces was exceptional. Second the staff was friendly and extremely friendly. They listened to what I was interested in and showed me product that related.
