Each time I'm in the store at West Towne Mall in Madison WI, I am impressed with the friendliness of the staff. They seem to enjoy their work and to like each other; they're a great team and make shopping with them a pleasure. I enjoy visiting the store and always find something irresistible.

I love pandora products

A crystal fell out from a clip that I received for a gift at Christmas. I stopped in just to see how I could get it fixed and after explaining it was a gift and I didn't have the receipt she took care of it and exchanged it for a new one. I was so appreciative of how easy she made it for me - otherwise I likely would not have recommended Pandora products to others. I had family with me and they were impressed and now want Pandora!!

I love shopping the Pandora store at West Towne! I've worked with Talia on my own Pandora and picking out gifts for friends and family. She is awesome to work with and always makes great suggestions!

The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. She also cleaned my other pandora rings for me, and gave her opinion on the rings I had picked out.

This is my first Pandora purchase, an anniversary gift from my husband. The salesperson was very attentive to what I was looking for, and offered timely suggestions. I learned more about the Pandora product than I expected to, which doubled my pleasure with the purchase. I'm looking forward to collecting more charms for my bracelet
