The sales clerk gave me great advice regarding sizing, also shared his personal experience of gifting the ring to his girlfriend and what they liked about it, which resonated a lot with my thoughts. He also explained the return and exchange policy thoroughly and helped me registered my information so that I can follow up easily. Overall, it was great purchase!

I went in on Mother’s Day and the store was pack, but a worker was able to spot and ask if I needed help.

On this busy Mother's Day, the store had plenty of customers, but there were also a lot of staff members. I was met at the entrance by someone who took my name and went find a sales associate. I was seen promptly and taken care of. I was really impressed.
