Sales associate at pandor West Towne mall are very friendly. When I stopped by Saturday 6/30 - Kaye teh sales associate very friendly and knowledgeable . I returned on July 5 on my birthday and bought lucky furtone and Chinese lantern . Very happy and satisfied with my purchase .❤️

My purchase was gift wrapped and Kate explained the care instructions of the jewelry. I did not feel pressured or swayed to make a purchase which is important to me.
