The sales lay was extremely helpful. Ward not aware of warranty on the bracelet I bought and she filled me in on all the benefits that came with my bracelet. I love the padlock bracelet. I will be back.

They made some suggestions (clips) based on my volume of bracelet charms and those will be something that I will purchase on my next visit.
