Tina was very kind and knew how to get what I wanted right away. I also went into the store a couple weeks before this and Lindsey was very helpful since I didn't know my necklace could adjust. She even helped my put it on because I was struggling. Always a pleasant experience with the employees and never pressured to buy anything.

The sales associate assisted us quickly and happily. My daughter's ring had lost its pearl center, and even though we purchased the ring at a location in FL, our salesperson quickly found a replacement! Thank you!

I was given prompt attention, even though the sales staff were busy serving other customers. Once they were available, they were very helpful and friendly.

The staff are very friendly and always make me feel welcome. Cassie is excellent and knows the Pandora line very well. I usually come in with a list of things I would like to see. If a particular item or size is not available she offers to put my name on a list and calls me first thing when it is available. She is truly top notch!
