Porque la joven que me atendió fue muy tolerante ya que teníamos la dificultad del idioma y aún así me atendió simpaticamente y con el traductor de inglés español.

Pleasant/friendly sales associate who went to the trouble to see if the charm i wanted was included in a sale. Luckily it was and I took advantage of the percentage off & bought a second charm. Charms were boxed and a gift receipt offered. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

The customer service was good but the store was very small and very hard to find what you were looking for as well as move around if other people were in there. Have enjoyed the jewelry. A store that should be recommended and complemented is in Waunakee Wisconsin at the red barn.

The sale. I was able to buy 6 items from original price I only pay half.. 50% I you buy 3 or more Items I was supper happy.. Hope you have the same promotion again soon.. Hope this company have more sales more often..

Good customer service is what I look for when shopping. The sales didn't rush me through my experience, they took their time to make sure I was satisfied.

I brought in a ring that was gifted to me to exchange the size. They were very attentive and had the exact size I needed. The associate informed me of the sale and I ended up buying a beautiful ring. She was not pushy which was much appreciated.

I was able to return a bracelet that my husband bought online as a gift. The sales associate confirmed that it was too big. Unfortunately the store did not have my size but she was so patient with me as I picked out 2 other charms and 2 clips.

The sales people always greet you and are friendly. They make great suggestions. Always love shopping there
